1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the TOWNZO platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Usage

Our platform provides tools for generating quotations and invoices. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.

6. Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

All invoices and quotations generated through this platform are computer-generated documents and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
